Providing skills, knowledge, and analysis for effective community organizing
OAP enlists the best trainers in community organizing and racial justice. Trainers are experienced communtiy organizers who have demonstrated skills with issue campaigns, developing leaders, raising funds and framing issues for racial equity. All OAP trainers have experience organizing constituencies around justice issues that impact communities. Also, OAP trainers come from different sectors and use different methodologies that connect with the organizing field. OAP trainers have been on the ground with immigrant communities, communities of color, GLBT communities, rural and low income communities.
