The Education Equity Organizing Collaborative
The Education Equity Organizing Collaborative (EEOC) is a group of multi-racial, multi-cultural organizing partners working together to further education equity in the state of Minnesota. Having made gains for equity in the Minneapolis Public School District, the EEOC is now focusing its attention on building racial, cultural and economic equity at the state level. The EEOC is a collaborative of 11 partners and their communities and allies that create solutions to the disparate education low-income students, students of color and American Indian students are receiving. The goal of the EEOC is to build on the commitment from the Minnesota Department of Education to education equity and to place equity at the center of excellence for all Minnesota students.
